Most people suffering from Chemical Dependency underestimate the harm done by alcohol,medicine and drugs. They also underestimate the addictiveness of these substances and the harm that they cause to others.

Projects in Vietnam NGO Fontana has since the spring of 2004 been cooperating with treatment centre of chemical dependency located in Ho Chi Minh City (former Saigon) in the south of Vietnam to prevent and combat Addiction and HIV/AIDS
