Article 1

The name of the Foundation is the C24 foundation

 

Article 2

The Foundation is incorporated in Denmark

The address of the registered office is 20, Lerhøj – 2880 Bagsværd - Denmark

 

Article 3

The purpose of the Foundation is to receive and administer funds for charitable purposes benefiting poor and disadvantaged people suffering from alcohol and/or drug addiction – and their family

 

Article 4

The funds of the Foundation will finance treatment for people suffering from said disease

 

Article 5

The amount of assets which the Foundation possesses is: real property, NONE, personal property, NONE.

 

The Foundation is to be financed under the following general plan: By contributions to it of funds and property absolutely or in trust for its purposes as herein stated and for no other purposes

 

Article 6

The Foundation is organized on a directorship (trusteeship) basis

 

Article 7

This being a benevolent Foundation, its term is unlimited and in perpetuity

 

Article 8

The number of Trustees of this Foundation may be fixed from time to time by the Trustees, at any meeting thereof, but in no event shall be less than three or more than seven. Trustees may be elected at any meeting of Trustees by vote of a majority of the Trustees. Each Trustee shall serve until the election of a successor. A person shall cease to be a Trustee upon death, or upon resignation

 

Article 9

All of the funds, property and accumulation thereof of this Foundation shall be held and administered to effectuate the purpose of the Foundation.

Upon the dissolution of the Foundation, the Board of Trustees will, after paying or making provision for the payment of all the liabilities of the Foundation, dispose of all the assets to such charitable Organizations which work to improve the quality of life for poor and disadvantaged people.

 

 

These Articles of Incorporation was duly adopted October 1. 2007
